Hellow sir, SCN recived on Gst Registration for Rent Agreement, they said rent agreement not found in section 55 Maharashtra rent control act 1999before concerned state SRO as such non- Register agreement inder the said State law can not be regarded valid for the purpose of rule 8 as legal possession proof.
My ren agreement is 5 Year. What to do sir in that case
