RENT Agreement
If comoany merge into other compay but all agreement name of previous company name so can we revise old lease agreement or not .?or can we continue with same agreement for up to next reneval period of agreement? please give law References also

Generally in case of merger, there is a clause that all agreement entered into by the previous company shall now exist in name of the merged company, as such no new agreement needs to be made.
