Rent agreement

i want gst registration but my business place is rented and i am also live in this place so i want to know how much stamp value required for agreement if my rent is 3000 per month can i make rent agreement on 100 rs. stamp value or any other value

You can also made it on only Rs 10 stamp paper

yes , stamp value is nominal , you can start with Rs.20

Stamp value for agreement are different in different states

Yes I assume that point. But, he is not reply this one.
In my view it's not available in GST.
Same address is Business and Resident ll be accept system then no issues found....
