how to show GSTR 3B and GSTR 2

tax invoice is compulsory or not from party

and


rent paid to unregistered party.....
how to pay reverse charge and show GSTR 3B and GSTR 1

In GSTR 3B....
To registered party :
Show it in ALL OTHER ITC column.... as per your purchase.
To Unregistered Party:
Show it in 3.1 (d)...

Tax invoice/bill is compulsory with your GSTIN and Company's name...
