Is there any limit for payment of remuneration to wholetime Director in a private company ?
Do we need to file the resolution with ROC or obtain any approval for making such payment ?

- No limit on remuneration.
- MGT.14 not required to be filed for WTD. [Sec.117(3) is applicable for MD]
