As per Companies act 2013, can we make payment to Director (other than MD/WTD) in the form of remuneration in a Private Limited Company?

You can pay sitting fee upto Rs.1 lac per Board/Committee meeting. [Ref. Rule 4 of Companies (Appointment & Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014.]
