Dear Members,
Can anyone tell me whether any Form is required to be filed in MCA for fixing Remuneration of Executive Director in Private Limited Company or only passing of Board Resolution is sufficient.
An urgent reply is needed.

BR is suffice ,
Kindly note Section 197 is not applicable to Pvt. company.
