Remuneration given in case of loss return filed by a Pvt ltd company
Can a person get remuneration from his own Pvt ltd company (OPC) if company files a loss return for the same F.Y.?

Yes. And there is no limit. Section 197 does not apply to a pvt ltd.
If permitted under AoA and backed by resolution then can get Remuneration even there is loss by company
