why there is no provision for calculating remmuneration to directors of pvt company when there are restrictions/provision for calculating remmuneration of directors of public company and even for partners of firm
Its because, in case of private company the funds are of few people and they managed by themselves or person appointed by them (director). and they will only pursue their best interest.
