Remuneeration to Executive Director

An Executive Director is a person who is in full time employment of the Company. This means that a Contract of Employment exists between him and the Company. If so can the remuneration paid to an Executive Director be treated as Professional Fee or Professional Charges and TDS be deducted @ 11.33% ?
