Removal of Designated Partners of LLP
What action can non designated partners of an LLP take against the Designated Partners of the LLP. Both the DPs not cooperating in the management and neither filing any MCA Form leaving the LLP default. What can be done to appoint new DP's ?

In that case you must go with your LLP Agreement.. look into agreement about any clause which will help to resolve the dispute between partners.
