Removal of Auditor

Yes, the members can remove an auditor by passing a resolution in general meeting. the power to appoint implies the power to remove the auditor also.

Hi All,

Removing of auditor & appointing new auditor in his place in AGM required special notice from members as per Section 190 of the Companies Act,1956.

Pls. provide the format of special notice and kindly specify whether the single member can furnish the special notice if not then what is the requisite no. of members to furnish special notice?
