13 July 2012In case of purachase of raw materials by indian manufacturer, from China, is any kind of tax deductible before sending the remittance to china? Is TDS attracted here?
And is Form 15EC mandatory in this case while making the remmitance?....................

In your case no TDS is deductible being activity is purely a Trading activity, on such activity no liability to deduct TDS, about for 15EC I am not aware
