Its urgent
1. there is the Company which have gifted its property to a education institution can a company gifts its property ?
2. There is no authorsiation in articles or power to board to do any such act
3. without the consent of the members the company gifted its property
4. the co directors are not aware of the act of the others director on this subject matter
can you pls let me know can we file the complaint in roc in the investor lodge the complaint
