RELIEF UNDER SEC 89(1)
If a person is a govt servent and has not furnished particulars in form 10E to his employer . can he still claim relief under 89(1) in his return of income by filing form 10E. And is it necessary to file 10E before filing of return.?

it is necessary to file form 10E for relief in section 89(1)
