for claiming relief under sec 89 on arrear of salary how many previous years return required to file
I have only 2 PY return only
and arrear received is for 4 year
Actually salary arrears are disclosed in the ITR corresponding to the year of receipt of arrears; alongwith relief claim u/s. 89(1), by filling form 10E alongwith it.
