Relief u/s 89(1)
Is it compulsory to claim relief u/s 89(1) for the arrear received on salary? What if i dont want to claim it?

it is the wish of assessee
if not claimed tax u won't save the tax burden
it helps in reducing the total income there by Income tax on it.

if you are claiming the relief u/s 89 (1) but first liability is feel the form 10E after tak relief
