This is technical defect in the processing of all such returns filed for AY 2018-19
Check if the relief is declared in form 16, and also if form 10E was uploaded.
If everything perfect, just rectify the return as soon as rectification window is opened by CPC.
Either wait for rectification filing to be started on site; or file revised return with same details again.
