Release of itrs 3,4,5,6 and 7

Vide notification dated 30th May 14, the ITR forms 3,4,5,6 and 7 have been released. But still today ie 3rd June the said forms are not displayed in the website.

Understand that it will be done soon, but why delay. ? Any clue.
