Long Term Capital Gains without indexation is taxed at 10 pc. Wish to know whether whether the tax slab has any bearing on this percentage. Would an assesse in higher overall tax slab in any way pay more than 10 pc tax on Long Term Capital Gains without indexation? Please advise. Thank you.
