Is it mandatory to file ITR 3 if TDS is deducted under Sec 194C ?
I filed the ITR 4 and Income u/s 194C is putted in Other Sources of Income. is it defective return ?

You can file ITR 4 with the business income declared u/s. 44AD...

No, not for declaring higher percentage of profit !!.....
