Dear Friends

Any one suggents me on this Topic,

if family run two or there concern having separate GSTN and member but control all function from one place

if they used some common tools machine and if needed it another concern then sh*ted to other location

my question

how they generate e way bill

place of supply 150 km each registerd office

registerd office same each concern but work place are different

with regards

Suppose Mr. A has two businesses with separate GSTIN. Both the businesses have same registered office or say uses same godown for storage of goods.

Now if business-1 makes sale to business-2, then there is no need to generate EWB because movement of goods is not taking place. Only transfer of the title is taking place. Such sale will be on 'as is-where is' basis.

Now, when business-2 makes sale to its customer, then it will generate EWB, if required.

Yes the Eway would be required where the movement is by motorised conveyance & Tool/Machine Cost in books is More then 50k .

Note : As the machine being not sold only being move/sent to required location, the Eway need to be generated on Delivery Challan.
