Is there any amendments in computation of assessable value..? 1% landing charges existing or not??

yes there are two changes in computation of AV 1. removed landing charges of 1 percent
2. Some changes in Rule 10 (2)
2. Some changes in Rule 10 (2)

landing charges were removed w.e.f 1st April 2017

actual landing charges added in rule 10 (2) ie fright charges includes this landing charges

Aagr apne pada hua h.... To ap new revision notes dekh sakte ho apko samjh aa jayega... Kuch major nh b but new format dekh k samjh aa jayega.... Mahesh gour sir k notes site par available h wo download karke dekh lo..... N new que k sath dekh lo easy h ho jayega
