our issued share capital was 5 lac and authorised share capital 10 lac but due to some circumstances in the return 2009-10 py we were to show 7lac as share application ?
what will be the journal entry and mca proceeding?

have u show share appilication money as seprataly in BS
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
