if you want to claim input credit on service tax then pass service tax entry otherwise no need.

Pass the following Journal Entry
Z Security Service (Creditor) A/c Dr. 10000
Input Service Tax A/c Dr. 1030
To Bank A/c 11030
(being Payment made for security service )
