Whether exemption under sec 54 F is available to non resident individuals?

I think it jus says 54F is available to individuals and HUF..it doest specify resident

Yes. It is available to NRIs also.

Dear Shriti,
As rightly said by other friends, Exemption u/s 54 F is available to Individuals & HUF's whethet Resident or not.
