Related to paper return

dear all, I am not able to reset efiling password of one of my client. please clarify about following points 1. can I file paper return 2. if yes in which income tax office shall I submit it, office which have jurisdiction or any office 3. is there any problem which I may face in future due to filing paper return instead of filing e returnt
