Related to paper return
dear all,
I am not able to reset efiling password of one of my client. please clarify about following points
1. can I file paper return
2. if yes in which income tax office shall I submit it, office which have jurisdiction or any office
3. is there any problem which I may face in future due to filing paper return instead of filing e returnt

MADATORY FOR E-FILLING
Your gross total income is more than Rs 5,00,000
• You want to claim an income tax refund. (Those who are over 80 years old and are filing ITR-1 or ITR-2 can still file a paper return to claim a refund.)
• ITR -3, 4, 5, 6, 7 have to be mandatorily e-filed.
SET PASSWORD FOLOWING MANNER
select using OTP. if regestered mobile number, emaild availble u can get pins. if ur not giving email id, mobile number now u will give new email id, mobile number
better go intermediary website like taxsmile.com .After submit efile password can be changed using refilling acknowledge no.
