Yes, you can claim in 60 installments, if purchased as capital asset

In case of capital asset, itc can be claimed fully in the month of purchase.. since capital asset is presumed to have 60 months useful life any personal use of them leads to reversal during 60 months

Yes you can subject to section 17(5) of cGsT 2017.
