related to existing registered person
whether existing registered person can opt composition scheme in gst if he held stock on 30 June 2017 which is purchased form outside state and he is engaged in intra state supply of goods.

Inter state supplier not eligible for composition scheme
No sir,as per composition Rule, Rule-3(1)(b), the goods held in stock, must not have been purchased in the course of inter state trade.
