One registered composition dealer purchase the goods from regd regular dealer.

How to return the goods from composition dealer to the registered dealer of otherstate?

whether composition dealer raise invoice or debitnote?

Through DC and raising a accounting debit note and not GST debit note. Invoice has to be issued if the goods are purchased prior to GST.

You ll be give Debit note as per your Bill of Supply format.
The registered dealer can create Credit note as per his invoice...

if credit note created by registered dealer, how can claim the tax? it will effect RCM?

No...
RCM can't applicable in this case. Bcoz, both are registered. The RD is create credit note then he ll be make it on taxable...
That's only I told for the Creation of Credit Note his end...
