Dear Freinds,
Mr. X(director of Abc P Ltd) receives incentive(as an introductory of Client) from Abc P Ltd in which he is a Director. But does not hold any shares in that company.
Does section 297 will be attracted or 314..Please reply.

Section 299,300 and 314 shall be applicable.
Section 297 not applicable because this is applicable only for transactions related to supply of googe , rendering of service and underwritting commission
