Dear Freinds, Mr. X(director of Abc P Ltd) receives incentive(as an introductory of Client) from Abc P Ltd in which he is a Director. But does not hold any shares in that company. Does section 297 will be attracted or 314..Please reply. Regards Namrata Pai
