can single person avail the another GST no.in same state with same trade name

no as GST nunber us based on PAN basis so it's not possible to hold two GST on same PAN however one can add multiple service in GST REGISTRATION

You can take one or more GST number in same PAN but you have to change the Trade name...

Yes,You can registered another GST No in same state & same trade name.
