Can gst refund be rejected for deficiency in documents once RFD 02 has been issued by the gst officer? Officer issued show cause notice after issue of RFD 02.

The officer cannot issue Deficiency Memo-RFD 03 once RFD-02 is issued. But he can still issue Show cause notice.
