Rejection of Form my MCA Authorities - using Rule 10 of Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.- Recently Giving only one chance for compling ot submitting documents causes unecessary litigations for professional. It is against Govrnment policy of encourging new companies -
Every rejection of application should elaborately explaianed - while asking to resubmit - short words are used with vague terms?
FOR EX:-
Applied for name cluase - GEE ESS INFRASTUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED
There are many companies statring with GEE ESS But there is no company with the
words INFRASTRUCTURE But application was rejected by MCA authorities that
Name is resembling /closely resembling Companies/
What are the remedies available as of now?
If in future MCA allot to some other persons - what is the remedy???
