The question is not clear. However, If the value of reimburesement to the recipient pertains to expenses incurred as pure agent, then no GST to be paid. However, if the amount reimpursed to the recipient pertains to goods or services supplied and the supplier was liable to incur such expenses for supply, then the supplier has to pay GST on such amount.
