Reimbursement against Medical Expenditure.

Dear Friends,
A Government employee got reimbursement against Medical Expenditure from Government ( against Government Health scheme ) and another reimbursement in the same f.y. ( 19-20) from Private Health Insurance. Are both this two receipts Tax Free ? Please guide. Thanks.
