Can more than one Acquirer/promoter make disclosures under regulation 29(2) of SAST regulation in one form or do we need to make disclosures separately for each individual.

Hello,
Its preffered that to take disclosure seperetely from all the concerned parties as it will gives a clear picture and would not be a cumbersome disclosure.
