As per the recent suggestion of GST council, it may be re-open to opt for composition scheme for traders who missed the opportunity....... so wait and watch for notification......
Yes. You can opt out from composition scheme to Regular dealer at any time before the quarter... Just you can use the option of "opt out composition scheme". But, Now the option is not available. You can wait for Opening of Amendment section and you ll make changes....
Also those who want to to opt out of compostion hive application to your GST officer. We file such application & status changed from composition to normal
