Regrading form 11 LLP

for fy 2020-21 LLP filed annual forms after the due date.
so company paid penalty in 21-22 more than 20k..
my query is
now we are filing Form 11 for Fy 21-22.
that penalty paid for previous year late filing..is that offence??
bcz in form 11 we have so any offence made by llp in that fy, here company paid penalty .. that penalty payment comes under offence or wt??
