Registration where agricultrist haveing income from agriculture produce as well other sourses

An individual having 5lac agricultural produce and 17lac of rental income from commercial property. is he liable to gst. will the agricultural income will be count for aggregate income? please share your views.

agricultural income is tax free incone than how can he laible in gst and other income is different part but rent income also below 20 lac than how can he is laible for gst plz clerify..as per my knowledge he is not laible in gst .

when an individual is having source of income from both taxable and non taxable goods you need to consider the turnover of both the sources while calculating threshold limit.

And all types of income under one pan will be considered for threshold limit.whether they may be related to each other or otherwise.

In ur case income from agricultural produce is not taxable but rental income is taxable hence u need to consider the aggregate turnover for threshold limit

since it exceeds 20 lacs u r required to get registered.
