Registration under RCM
does registration required to service provider (transporters) under RCM, if yes than will he show in regular returns because he is not liable to pay tax, and if he need to file nil returns than why registration

The Transporter needs to register under ST and required to file ST returns by climing exemption under RCM as a service provider.
please share notification number for exemption
