I have 1 doubts regards to registration in GST.
Persons making supply of services through ECO. Are they required to be compulsorily registered. Or they have an Aggregate turnover limit?

It is mandatory to get GST for such ECO business
As per Section 24(ix) , if E-operator is require to deduct TCS , then you are liable take registration without considering the Threshold limit prescribe in section 22
