Registration under GST
one of my client is already registered under GST act and place of registration is at Bangalore. but he want one more registration at Mandya under the same PAN number . is it possible to do the same because both the registration is in the same state.

Yes now as per New Amendment Act 31, 2018 of CGST Act , being Notified by Notification 2/2019 CT , you can have more than one GSTN under same PAN in one state
