while registration under gst of service provider can we need mention hsn code of spare parts.

Yes... You can..
If You only deal services without materials then no need to enter HSN code details...
In case at the time of Services and You ll feed some of Spare parts then You can do it and enter it's related HSN code...
It will useful in Your future activities...
