If registered person providing taxable services in 2 states and providing exempt services in 1st state and taxable services in 2 nd state.
whether it is required to obtain registration in both states ?

Yes he have to register in both the state and u have to obtain different GSTIN if u r value of service is more than 2000000rs in one assement year.

but as per section 22 registration is required if he makes taxable supply of goods or services or both

but the aggregate turnover is inclusive of taxable & exempted supplies from one pan , if aggregate is > 20 lac registration is compulsory
