Dear Friends
In section 22 it says u r required to register if aggregate turnover in FY exceeds Rs. 20 lakh.
But it does not say which FY. Is it the FY 2017-18 or the preceding FY?
If turnover of X in FY 17-18 from 1-Apr-17 to 18-Dec-17 is 12 lakh then is he required to register considering that in FY 16-17 his turnover was 30 lakh.
