1. If we supply vehicles to good transport agency under notiifcation 29/2008. and raised bills of Rs. 15,00,000/- during the particulars year whether we need to register under serivce tax under supply of tangible goods . Even thoug entire service are exempt by notification no 29/2008.

Yes, you have to get registered. As per the rules, if the services provided exceeds 8 lacs, registration is compulsory, irrespective of the fact, that it is exempted.

I want to know that when the Registration is compulsory if
services is exceed 10 lac
or
services is exceed 8 lac

10L is exempt but you need register when you cross 9L
