dear sir mujhe ek problem hai pls app log help kriyega.

mera gst registration jharkhand me hai hai mujhe ye nhi pta chal rha hai ki mera centeral govt me file hai State govt me? yaa phir turn over ke hisab se hota hai.

Yes based on turn over only the state and central department involves.
I am not sure about it.
No need to worry whether your file has with state or central. You just follow statutory part correctly.

According to the rules issued, 90 per cent of the assesses with a turnover of less than Rs 1.5 crore will be under the administrative control of states and the balance 10 per cent will be under the Centre. In the case of all taxpayers with turnover of over Rs 1.5 crore, the division will be 50:50.
