I have a coaching institute (sole proprietorship). and i would like to know the legal compliances that i have to meet .. like registration of the institute(though it is not required for sole proprietoryship) , service tax.... any regulatory authority for education etc. your advise will be highly appreicate

I am looking to register a partnership firm of Medical device company ( Trading company ) kindly let me knwo the procedure. And what are the document is needfull to do this business ( like sales taxes, services, VAT etc) I really don't have any knowledege. so, kindly let me know the needfull documents.
