Registration of Partnership gives your firm recognision. And rules for the registration are different based on the locations.

It is not mandatory to register a partnership firm, but the registration of the same will give effect and be binding all the concerned persons to the partnership deed and will be enforceable in the court of law.
For the registration, just check the nearby locations "Registrar of Firms".

IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO REGISTER PARTNERSHIP FIRM DIRECTLY BUT INDIRECTLY IT IS BECAUSE IT GIVES LEGAL EFFECT AND ANY MATTER RELETED TO FIRM CAN BE ENFORCEABLE IN THE COURT OF LAW...
